Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 - 10 days, with even quicker delivery times for destinations within the EU (Pending) and US, thanks to our local warehouses.

Rest assured, we'll promptly send you an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.

During busy festive periods, there may be slight delays in shipping due to increased demand. We kindly ask for your understanding in such instances.

Import taxes and duties

We incorporate all import duties, taxes, and VAT into the total price displayed at checkout, designated as 'Tax'. Import duties and taxes are fees imposed by customs authorities on goods entering your country from abroad, calculated based on their value and customs regulations. VAT, also known as Value Added Tax, is a consumption tax applied throughout the production and distribution process.

If you're not from any of the countries listed above, it will be your responsibility for customs clearance, including all import duties, taxes, and VAT. Please contact us for more details. Warranty

We've got you covered! Your product is backed by our warranty, ensuring it's free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. If anything goes wrong during this time, we'll take care of it at no charge. Our goal is to get your product back to its best, whether that means repairing it or replacing parts with new or refurbished ones of the same quality.

Here's a breakdown of the shipping and service fee responsibilities: For the first 30 days, we will cover the shipping costs for both sending the product to you and returning it to us if necessary. During the first year, you will need to cover the shipping costs to send the product to us, but we will take care of the return shipping fees. For the remainder of the warranty period, you are responsible for the shipping fees for both sending the product to us and receiving it back, although we will provide free repair services. If the product is out of warranty, you will need to cover the shipping fees for both sending the product to us and returning it, and any repair or maintenance services will be provided at a cost.

However, there are a few things our warranty doesn't cover. This includes import duties or taxes, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts like batteries. Also, if the serial number or the genuine identification sticker is tampered with, the warranty is void.

To make a warranty claim, simply register your product within three months of purchase on our website. If you need warranty service, get in touch with our customer service team at support@laiv.audio. You may need to provide proof of purchase, like the original receipt and the warranty card. Please note that you may also be responsible for shipping the defective product to our designated service center when it is deemed necessary.

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product. We're not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. It's the full agreement between us and you, replacing any previous agreements.

Our warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore, and we may update its terms from time to time. Keep an eye on our website for any changes.

Returns & Refunds

Return items

While we're confident in the quality of our products, we understand that they may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Good news for customers from the following countries:

If you find that our products aren't quite right for you, simply send an email to support@laiv.audio within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide a reason for the return, and ensure that the products are in mint condition and securely packed in their original shipping box. Returns and refunds are not applicable for purchases made under special conditions unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive your email, a member of the Laiv team will reach out to assist you. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email, which you can use to return the products.

We're actively working on expanding this return policy to include more countries, so stay tuned for further updates and good news on this front.

Refunds

Upon arrival at our approved destination, your product will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it remains in pristine condition with all original materials intact. The process typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Upon completion of the inspection, and assuming all criteria are met, we will promptly notify you of the receipt of your product and initiate the refund process. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Kindly note that a restocking fee of US$100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Additionally, All orders using PayPal will be subject to an additional deduction of 4.5% of the order amount from the refund due to non-refundable PayPal fees.

In the event that the return items do not meet our standards of mint condition, we will provide notification and advice regarding any open box fees, in addition to restocking fees, incurred due to damages.

Furthermore, if you have incurred import taxes on your delivered products, the responsibility lies with you to claim a refund from the respective carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Order & Payment

Order

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. Please be aware that items added to your shopping bag are not reserved. The acceptance of your order and the formalization of the contract between you and the Company will occur upon receipt of a payment confirmation email from us. This confirmation will be dispatched once your order payment is approved and the full payment is received.

Orders that are placed but not fully paid within two days may be canceled, or if attempts to recover payment are unsuccessful. In the event of an unforeseen technical error hindering payment authorization, or if the ordered item is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards and is consequently withdrawn, the Company reserves the right to decline your order without incurring any penalties.

Pricing and currency

The prices of our products are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The Company retains the right to reject or annul orders in the event of inaccuracies in pricing information.

Please be advised that all prices presented on our website are in US dollars (US$). For customers whose credit/debit cards are not in US dollars, the final price will be determined based on the prevailing exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction through the payment platform. It is imperative to note that all prices and promotions remain valid as advertised periodically.
