Warranty terms (summary)

• Standard warranty: 24 months from the purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Register within 3 months of purchase and the original purchaser gets an additional 12 months.
• Coverage: the original purchaser who bought the product new from LAiV or an authorised distributor or dealer. Products from unauthorised sellers are not covered.
• Transfer: the warranty can be transferred once to a new owner. Email support@laiv.audio with the serial number, the original proof of purchase and the new owner's name, email and country before any claim. The period keeps running from the original purchase date.
• Not covered: import duties and taxes, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, wear and tear (including display burn-in, image retention and gradual dimming), consumables. The warranty is void if the serial number or identification sticker is removed or defaced.
• Claims and shipping: contact support@laiv.audio with proof of purchase. First 30 days LAiV pays shipping both ways; in year one you pay shipping to LAiV and LAiV pays the return; after that you pay both ways and the repair is free; out of warranty, shipping and repair are chargeable.
